KVKK Aydınlatma Metni & Gizlilik Politikası

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında, kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine ilişkin olarak sizi bilgilendirmek isteriz.

1. Veri Sorumlusu

Kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla Anatora Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. tarafından aşağıda açıklanan kapsamda işlenmektedir.

2. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler

İnternet sitemiz üzerinden bizimle iletişime geçmeniz hâlinde aşağıdaki kişisel verileriniz işlenebilir:

  • Kimlik / İletişim: Ad-soyad, e-posta adresi ve tarafımıza ilettiğiniz mesaj içeriği.
  • İşlem güvenliği: Tarafımızca özel bir kayıt tutulmamaktadır; yalnızca barındırma (hosting) hizmet sağlayıcımızın yasal yükümlülükleri gereği tuttuğu standart sunucu/trafik kayıtları (ör. IP adresi) söz konusu olabilir.

Not: İletişim formu, mesajınızı doğrudan e-posta uygulamanız aracılığıyla iletir; form verileriniz sitede bir veritabanında saklanmaz.

3. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amaçları

  • İletişim talep ve sorularınızın yanıtlanması, fiyat/teklif süreçlerinin yürütülmesi,
  • İş ilişkisi ve ticari faaliyetlerin yürütülmesi,
  • İnternet sitesinin güvenliğinin ve sürekliliğinin sağlanması,
  • Hukuki yükümlülüklerimizin yerine getirilmesi.

4. İşlemenin Hukuki Sebebi

Kişisel verileriniz, KVKK md. 5/2 kapsamında açık rızanız aranmaksızın, her bir amaca karşılık gelen aşağıdaki hukuki sebeplere dayanılarak işlenir:

  • İletişim talep ve sorularınızın yanıtlanması ile site güvenliğinin sağlanması → veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati (md. 5/2-f),
  • Fiyat/teklif ve iş ilişkisi süreçlerinin yürütülmesi → bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması (md. 5/2-c),
  • Hukuki yükümlülüklerimizin yerine getirilmesi → md. 5/2-ç.

Açık rıza gerektiren bir işleme yapılmamaktadır. İleride açık rıza gerektiren bir işleme söz konusu olursa, ayrıca onayınız talep edilecektir.

5. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması

Verileriniz, yalnızca yukarıdaki amaçlarla sınırlı olarak; barındırma (hosting) ve e-posta altyapısı gibi hizmet aldığımız tedarikçilere ve hukuken yetkili kamu kurum/kuruluşlarına, KVKK md. 8 ve 9’a uygun olarak aktarılabilir. Verileriniz pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz veya satılmaz.

Yurt dışına aktarım: E-posta ve barındırma altyapımızın sunucularının yurt dışında bulunabilmesi nedeniyle, bizimle e-posta yoluyla iletişime geçmeniz hâlinde kişisel verileriniz KVKK md. 9 uyarınca yurt dışına aktarılmış olabilir.

6. Toplama Yöntemi

Kişisel verileriniz; internet sitemizdeki iletişim formu, e-posta ve telefon kanalları aracılığıyla elektronik ortamda toplanır.

7. Saklama Süresi

Verileriniz, işlendikleri amaç için gerekli olan süre ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen yasal süreler boyunca saklanır; bu sürelerin sonunda silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.

8. Çerezler ve Yerel Depolama

Sitemiz, yalnızca dil tercihinizi hatırlamak amacıyla tarayıcınızın yerel depolama alanını (localStorage) kullanır. Bu, hizmetin sunulması için teknik zorunluluk niteliğinde olup açık rıza gerektirmez; pazarlama veya takip amacıyla kullanılmaz ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Dilerseniz tarayıcı ayarlarınızdan bu veriyi temizleyebilirsiniz.

9. İlgili Kişi Olarak Haklarınız (KVKK md. 11)

Kişisel veri sahibi olarak; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, işleme amacını öğrenme, düzeltilmesini/silinmesini isteme, işleme aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri öğrenme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

10. Başvuru

Başvurularınızın “Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ” uyarınca ad-soyad, yazılı başvurularda imza, T.C. kimlik numarası, tebligata esas adres ve talep konusunu içermesi gerekir. Taleplerinizi, sistemimizde kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden info@anatora.com.tr adresine veya yukarıdaki posta adresimize iletebilirsiniz. Başvurularınız, KVKK md. 13 kapsamında en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you about how your personal data is processed.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Anatora Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data We Process

If you contact us through our website, the following personal data may be processed:

  • Identity / Contact: Your name, email address and the content of the message you send us.
  • Transaction security: We do not keep any dedicated records ourselves; only the standard server/traffic logs (e.g. IP address) retained by our hosting service provider under its own legal obligations may apply.

Note: The contact form sends your message directly via your own email application; form data is not stored in a database on the site.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Responding to your enquiries and managing price/quotation processes,
  • Conducting our business relationship and commercial activities,
  • Ensuring the security and continuity of the website,
  • Fulfilling our legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK without requiring your explicit consent, based on the following legal grounds mapped to each purpose:

  • Responding to your enquiries and ensuring website security → legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 5/2-f),
  • Conducting price/quotation and business-relationship processes → directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c),
  • Fulfilling our legal obligations → Art. 5/2-ç.

No processing requiring explicit consent is carried out. Should such processing become necessary in the future, your separate consent will be requested.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to our service providers (such as hosting and email infrastructure) and to legally authorised public authorities, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

International transfer: Because the servers of our email and hosting infrastructure may be located abroad, contacting us by email may result in your personal data being transferred abroad pursuant to Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, as well as via email and telephone.

7. Retention Period

Your data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and for the periods stipulated by applicable legislation; thereafter it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

Our website uses your browser’s local storage (localStorage) only to remember your language preference. This is a technical necessity for providing the service and does not require explicit consent; it is not used for marketing or tracking and is not shared with third parties. You may clear it at any time through your browser settings.

9. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

As a data subject, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction or deletion, to learn the third parties to whom data is transferred, and to request remedy of any damage.

10. Applications

Pursuant to the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”, your application must include your name and surname, your signature (for written applications), your Turkish ID number, your notification address and the subject of your request. You may submit requests from the email address registered in our system to info@anatora.com.tr or to our postal address above. Your applications will be concluded within 30 days at the latest, pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK.
